Our yoga team
Our yoga team is made up of local Balinese teachers who create a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere throughout your stay. Sida brings a more active and energising style to the classes, with a love for Vinyasa, Ashtanga and helping guests challenge themselves while still moving mindfully and with balance.
His wife Puspa brings a softer and calming energy through slower-paced Yin and restorative classes, focused on relaxation, flexibility and reconnecting body and mind.
Together, they create the perfect balance between strength and softness, offering yoga classes suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis in a peaceful and supportive environment.

No, our yoga classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Our teachers offer guidance and variations so everyone can join comfortably.
Are yoga classes included in the retreat packages?
Yes, yoga classes are included within our retreat packages and are exclusively available for in-house guests staying at Pelan Pelan.
How many guests join each yoga class?
To keep the experience personal and relaxed, we work with small groups and a maximum of 14 guests per class.
