Yes. Many guests are complete beginners. Surf coaching is adapted to your level, with small groups and personal guidance.

You’ll surf most mornings and have yoga sessions in the afternoon. The focus is on progress in the water and recovery on land.

You’ll have guided surf sessions on weekdays, with video analysis to help you improve faster.

Yes. Classes are accessible for all levels and focus on stretching, recovery, and balance.
