No. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
What is the focus of the yoga retreat?

How many yoga sessions are included?
You’ll have 5 yoga sessions per week, including different styles focused on balance and relaxation.
Are there other wellness activities?

Is there surfing included?
No. This retreat is designed as a non-surf option focused purely on wellness. You may book a separate surf lesson.
