Travelers are also required to pay the Bali Tourism Tax Levy and download and complete the Satusehat Travel Health App before arrival. However, based on recent experiences, these steps are not checked at the airport, leading many to believe they are not strictly necessary before arrival.
1. How to apply for an e-Visa on arrival (e-VOA)
The first and most important step is to arrange your e-Visa on Arrival (e-VOA). While you can still apply for the 30-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Bali Airport, it is much quicker and easier to do it online in advance.
Applying for the e-VOA also enables travelers to use the autogate scanners at immigration, significantly reducing processing time on arrival and departure.
The cost for the e-VOA is IDR 1,000,000 (approximately €60 or $65) for a 30-day stay, which can be extended for another 30 days with the help of an agent.

To be eligible for either visa, you must have:

2.Submit your Online Customs Declaration Form
