At Pelan Pelan Bali, we offer yoga classes suitable for individuals of all levels.

The Yoga & Wellness Package focuses on unwinding from your busy everyday life and bringing together your body and soul so you can return as the best version of yourself!

Enjoy morning wellness treatments while other guests are surfing, and conclude your day with flowing vinyasa classes or a relaxing yin practice.

As part of the Yoga Package in Bali, you will join 4 dynamic afternoon yoga sessions, as well as meditation sessions in our joglo style yoga shala.

Inclusive of your Yoga & Wellness Package

Three one hour Balinese massages, a hot stone massage, a manicure or pedicure and a facial are also included in the Bali Yoga Retreat Package to help you relax even further and help recover your body.

The Yoga & Wellness Package also include an in-house cooking class with our chef. You won’t be disappointed if you make Pelan Pelan your home of yoga in Bali!

Our retreat yoga sessions take place mostly in the afternoon together with our surfer guests. For those who are looking for more yoga classes (in the morning), you may always book extra private classes at our retreat, or we provide you with classes in a yoga studio located at the ocean, close to our retreat.

Pelan Pelan is the perfect spot for you, our shared room offers 3 high-quality single beds. A tropical style semi-outdoor bathroom and features Bali style decor.

The solo traveler shared room located just behind the swimming pool and common area which makes it perfect for mingling with your new Bali buddies. The super luxury rooms in the Solo Traveler Surf Package offers more spacious rooms.

Family
Our spacious suites are perfect for a family of four, featuring one double bed and two single beds.

If your family is more than four, or you would like to stay in separate rooms, you have the option to book two separate rooms also. You will have a little bit of extra space and privacy as the room is located on the lower riverside terrace.

The porch/outdoor living area is a great spot for hanging out with your family. The room features Bali-style decor and a tropical semi-outdoor bathroom with an outdoor shower.

Couple
The couple’s rooms are located on the second-floor terrace by the pool with garden views, or on the lower terrace by the riverside.

Our suite rooms are designed with a bit of luxury in mind and feature a touch of Balinese décor along with a semi-outdoor bathroom and tropical outdoor shower, also features an outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy some privacy.

Queen size or an extra bed can be provided on request. We have three options for the suite rooms: Suite’ Putu’, - Suite ‘Made’ - Suite ‘Wayan’. please mention it in your booking and we will check if the room option is still available.

Included Treatments:

The retreat includes three Balinese massages, a hot stone massage, a manicure or pedicure, and a fantastic guasha facial. These treatments are conducted at a riverside spa by experienced therapists, focusing on muscle tension relief and overall rejuvenation.

Setting:

Spa treatments take place in a calming riverside environment, enhancing the relaxation experience and allowing you to unwind fully.

Cooking Class:

Participate in an in-house cooking class with a professional chef, learning to prepare traditional Balinese dishes.

Some additional costs are not included in the retreat package. These include airport drop-offs, dinner, drinks such as juices, extra trips, extra surf lessons or spa treatments you may want to enjoy. It’s a good idea to have some cash on hand for these extras, but you can also conveniently pay for them at the retreat by credit card.

For a truly relaxing experience, we recommend a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, staying longer will allow to fully immerse yourself in the Pelan mindset. Most of our returning guests choose to stay for 2 to 3 weeks, giving themselves ample time to deeply relax, improve their skills, and fully embrace the peaceful retreat lifestyle.

If you have specific needs or injuries, please feel free to contact us in advance. If you’re dealing with an injury, we recommend checking with your therapist before participating in any activities to ensure it’s safe for you to join. We’re happy to accommodate and adjust as needed to make your experience comfortable.

Our yoga retreat is centered around relaxation and wellness. The typical schedule includes four afternoon yoga classes at 4 PM. There’s also a morning yoga class on Saturday. In between, you’ll have plenty of time to schedule wellness treatments or enjoy a day trip. We also include a half-day trip and a cooking class, providing the perfect balance of activity and relaxation during your stay.

Our yoga classes are designed for all levels, from total beginners to advanced practitioners. We offer a mix of styles, with some sessions being slower, focusing on Yin yoga, and others incorporating a stronger Vinyasa flow. As a beginner, you can always modify poses or take breaks as needed. Remember, yoga is not about completing every pose perfectly; it’s about connecting with your body and enjoying the practice at your own pace.
