Vinyasa is the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses: The poses commonly used throughout the class includes; Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog.
During the yoga class you will coordinate movement with your breath, flowing smoothly from one pose to the next.
Ashtanga, Baptiste, Jivamukti, Power and Prana Flow could all be considered as Vinyasa Yoga.
Restorative yoga encourages you to completely relax and rest, with a mix of only 6 different poses.
Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. These yoga poses can be combined with meditation.
Yin yoga is a style of yoga in which poses are being held for longer periods of time (around five minutes per pose).
This practice helps you to sit more comfortably for a longer stretch of time.
Hatha Yoga refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. So your Asthanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga.
“Hatha” means “willful” or “forceful”, the practices are designed to calm your body, mind and spirit.
Hatha Yoga is also a good preparation for meditation.
There are no strict age restrictions for our yoga classes. We welcome participants of all ages, from young beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our instructors can provide modifications to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
Yes, yoga classes are included in our retreat packages! In the “Get It All” package, you’ll enjoy 4 classes per week. The “Yoga and Wellness” package includes 5 classes per week, while the “Surf Package” offers 1 yoga class. Each package is designed to enhance your overall retreat experience!
No prior yoga experience is necessary to join our classes! We welcome everyone, from total beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through each session, providing modifications and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all levels. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn!

A typical day at our yoga retreat begins with waking up and enjoying a delicious breakfast. Afterward, you can indulge in a relaxing massage or treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure. Spend some time reading a book by the pool, then enjoy lunch with other guests. You can relax in the garden before heading to your afternoon yoga class. After yoga, you can take the free shuttle to Pererenan for a delightful dinner. It’s a perfect blend of relaxation, self-care, and community!
