Pelan Pelan guests get Beef Rendang one’s a week after they finished a surf session in the morning. It’s one of the favourite dishes from our guests at the Retreat.
We give away the recipe to make it at home, even we know that it will always taste just a little better from our top chefs Kis and Lisna at Pelan Pelan 😉
The ingredients:
– 4 red unions
– 6 pieces garlic
– 1 cm turmeric
– 1 cm ginger
– 1 cm laos
– 1/2 teasoon ketumbar
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon white pepper
