What is the Bali Spirit Festival?

The Bali Spirit Festival is based on a Balinese Hindu philosophy of Tri Hita Karana which means living in a harmonious relationship with our spiritual, natural, and social environments. Hence, this yoga festival aims to awaken positive changes within individuals, eventually spreading positive impact to communities around the world through a merriment of yoga, arts, dance and music.

An agenda of festivity

With yoga being the center of this celebration, be prepared to join daily yoga workshops led by international instructors from all over the world. This is the perfect chance to connect with other yoga practitioners and grow your yoga styles as a variety of classes from Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Tantra, Prana flow, Yin and more, will be available for all levels.

A rich variety of activities are also offered during the daytime including meditation, sound healing, ecstatic dances, traditional Balinese performances, and more. There will also be seminars on health and nutrition, personal development, astrology and other interesting topics that you surely wouldn’t want to miss!

Besides workshops and seminars, another captivating part of the Bali Spirit Festival is the Dharma Fair. This blooming market and community provides festival goers with healthy organic products, fun kid activities, and a stage of sparkling music and dance performances.
